We grew up boating but this is our first time buying a boat, Jim took us through all of the options and was very knowledgeable and showed my family and me some great options and went over everything in detail with us. I had reached out to a few other marinas but no one seemed to want to get back to me, Jim was prompt to call back and worked with our schedule to get us into the showroom. I would highly recommend working with Jim for your next boat purchase. I learned a lot about pontoons and am very happy with our decision and the recommendation from him. Matt in finance was also great and made everything very easy and very clear on what we were signing up for! We are looking forward to many summers on our new boat, and I am sure we will be working with Jim when we decide it's time to upgrade, we would not hesitate to send our friends and family his way.

We would purchase again from Mark's Marine. From our initial encounter at the boat show, through negotiations on price and trade in, the experience was great. As for delivery, being experienced boaters, we refreshed our knowledge and learned some of the newer technology. Any questions along the way were handled promptly.

I submitted a parts inquiry through the Bayliner website at 11pm and received a call from John Wisotzke @ Mark's at 8AM the next morning. John was incredibly helpful and spent nearly 15-20 minutes on the phone with me helping me identify parts for a 22-year old boat despite knowing early on in the call that they were discontinued parts he would not be able to provide.
